Great coffee and breakfast. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Loved the cute and detailed hostel with a nice bed and cozy atmosphere. The kitchen was open all the time and the free drinks coupon was a nice touch.
Some noise in the room at night and the limited hours for the kitchen and reception. Language barrier with staff.

I recently stayed at Barn1920S in Laos and it was a fantastic experience. The hostel offers a fancy atmosphere with a kitchen that provides free instant noodles and delicious breakfast. They even have the first real muesli I've had in months! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. Additionally, the availability of free bicycle rentals allows guests to explore the city easily. The front of the hostel is conveniently located near a street food market, adding to the overall charm of the place.

The dorm rooms were clean, comfortable, and had plenty of storage space. The kitchen was well-equipped and having filtered water available was a bonus. The location was perfect, close enough to tourist attractions but away from the busy tourist area. Plus, there were plenty of delicious street food options nearby. Had an amazing time at Barn 1920s! the hostel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. the owner and his girlfriend took us to the best night club and even treated us to free shots. the beds and rooms are bigger compared to other hostels, and the showers are also bigger and cleaner. the location is great, and they serve excellent coffee with a touch of jazz and classical music. Met lots of cool people and made new friends. had a social and classy experience. Cons: Nothing, it's perfect! 👌.

I recently stayed at a hostel during New Year's and had an amazing experience. The personal space in the dorm was great, giving me enough privacy. The free breakfast was a nice bonus, with a variety of options available like instant noodles, oats, cornflakes, milk, tea. I also loved the fact that they had a cafe where I could order a delicious cappuccino for a reasonable price.
While the WiFi speed was generally good, it could have been faster. the showers drained water slowly, causing some accumulation while showering.

I recently stayed at the Barn1920S Hostel for a few nights while exploring the city. The staff was exceptional, always smiling and willing to help with any questions or doubts I had. The old-style concept of the hostel, reflected in the furniture, coffee shop, music, and staff uniforms, created a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The cleanliness of everything was top-notch, and the lockers and street food options right in front of the hostel were convenient. Having the option to cook my own breakfast with eggs and toast provided was a great perk as well.
Couldn't recommend this hostel more.
